It appears Microsoft was at NFC World Congress in France two weeks ago. They gave a glimpse of their NFC enabled Mobile Wallet solution according to NFC World. John Skovron, group program manager for WP 8, showed of the new features. Apparently the Mobile Wallet will be a Hub, and here are some of the NFC “tricks” Microsoft showed off:

Yesterday, Nokia announced their 2 new Windows Phone 8 devices, the Lumia 820 and 920 devices. I must say they are packed with new sexiness and features such as NFC and Nokia Navigation suite of applications. They definitely have out done the new Samsung ATIV S in both looks and features as I expected, BUT! will this be enough to help Nokia from sliding into the tank in the U.S.?

7 Days from this post, September 5th, Nokia is going to announce new devices for Windows Phone 8. Word is that Nokia has 3 new Windows Phone 8 devices to show the world! With Microsoft’s new hardware specs that include such add-on’s as MicroSD card slot ( which I have been informed that will only store pictures and video), dual core processors and NFC (Near Field Communication) and greater screen resolutions among other things.

Nokia announced today that the long awaited “Tango” update is being rolled out. (Maybe) And I say maybe because we all know that AT&T is N.O.T.O.R.I.O.U.S for not rolling out updates to Windows Phone. But we can only hope this one will be delivered. The other day I was updating my 2 Nokia Lumia 800′s, and noticed after the updates, the Marketplace live tile now sported a “n” on the tile. And of course, my AT&T Lumia 900 has not seen such update! I’m really tired of the empty promises about the Lumia 900 getting updates as they come out. I think Microsoft and Nokia have failed on getting the message across to AT&T about updates.
